This is the third Glamour Lakes album, and the second released through Glamour Lakes' own Municipal Noir imprint. According to a youtube comment on a Glamour Lakes film clip, the IRS has been using Glamour Lakes music as its hold music. This hasn't been officially confirmed or denied, mostly because it's difficult to remember to call the IRS and listen to their hold music if you live in Australia. Hopefully this album will be used by other tax agencies to soothe their clients.

Glamour Lakes has been the project of Michael Radzevicius since 2011. He has released four albums and an EP. Last time he played a show he filmed himself onstage pulling the keys out of a computer keyboard and then filled the keyboard with paint. The sound engineer stepped in the paint-filled keyboard after the show, trailing paint around the venue. ... more
